Edward W. Rihn has 25 years of experience, including business development, corporate development, government relations, indigenous relations, customer service, consultation, project management and construction management. His career spans industrial gases and chemicals, hydrogen, pipelines, renewable energy, and electric transmission.

Rihn holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Clarkson University and an executive master’s in technology management from the University of Pennsylvania. He currently serves as a board director for YMCA Calgary.

Andrew Cooper is senior vice president and chief financial officer for Pinnacle West Capital Corporation and its primary subsidiary, Arizona Public Service Company (APS), Arizona’s largest energy provider.

Andrew is responsible for the organization’s accounting, corporate treasury, financial planning and budgeting, internal audit, investor relations, pension and trust investments, and tax services.

Before joining Pinnacle West in 2020, Andrew was director of corporate finance at Consolidated Edison Company of New York. He began his career as an investment banker, including more than a decade with Barclays, serving clients in the power and utilities sector.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in government with citation in Spanish from Harvard College. He went on to earn his law degree from Harvard Law School and is admitted to the New York Bar. Andrew is also a graduate of the Nuclear Reactor Technology Course at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Marc Romito is the president of TransCanyon, LLC, as well as vice president of development for El Dorado Investment Company (El Dorado), both subsidiaries of Pinnacle West Capital Corporation. El Dorado is Pinnacle West’s private equity arm that explores and invests in developing energy technologies that benefit the West. As president of TransCanyon, LLC, Marc leads the development and operation of the company, a joint venture with Berkshire Hathaway Energy Business (BHE).

Marc most recently served as vice president of Utility Solutions at Elevation Home Energy Solutions where he developed and deployed clean energy and energy management technologies in large real estate projects. Prior to that role, he served as director of customer-to-grid solutions with Pinnacle West’s largest subsidiary, Arizona Public Service (APS), from 2016-2021 and has held numerous roles in the renewable energy and operations spaces at APS and Tucson Electric Power.

Marc holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Arizona and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Kansas.

Doug Kusyk is general counsel of BHE U.S. Transmission, LLC.

Doug previously served as general counsel for CE Generation, LLC, and as an assistant general counsel at PacifiCorp Energy.

Doug earned his Juris Doctor degree at Stanford University. He is a member of the California, Oregon and Washington bars.
