TransCanyon, LLC (“TransCanyon,” “we,” or “us”) has created this privacy policy to communicate our practices regarding
the use of the information gathered on transcanyon.com ("Site"), and the measures we take to protect the privacy of the
information. Your continued use of this Site means you accept the terms of this Privacy Policy ("Policy"). This Policy
is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflicts of laws rules.
TransCanyon is a joint venture between Bright Canyon Energy Corporation and BHE U.S. Transmission LLC. This Policy does
not apply to information that is collected on any of our parent or affiliate websites or about residential energy

1. What Information Do We Collect?
In short: We collect any information that you provide to us on the Site. Also, some information, such as your Internet
Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics, is collected automatically when you visit our Site.
